Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

2.⁠ ⁠Return Policy

According to Romanian legislation (OUG 34/2014), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order, without providing a reason.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

•⁠  ⁠Be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
•⁠  ⁠Have all original tags and labels attached.
•⁠  ⁠Be returned in its original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, perfume, makeup stains, damage, or any alterations.

Please ensure that the item is carefully packed before shipping, as we cannot accept returns of products that are damaged during return transit due to inadequate packaging.

3.⁠ ⁠How to Return an Item

Step 1 – Contact Us

Step 2 – Ship Your Return

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.

4.⁠ ⁠Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

•⁠  ⁠The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
•⁠  ⁠Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package.

Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
