1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

  • Shipping in Romania: 

    • Delivery Time: 4–5 working days.

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.

  • Payment Requirement: Orders are processed and shipped only after the full payment is confirmed in the bank account of BABA YAGA LABEL S.R.L.

2. RETURN POLICY

According to Romanian law (OUG 34/2014), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the day you received the products, without providing a reason.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • All original tags and labels must still be attached.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, perfume, makeup stains, or any alterations.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items made to custom measurements or personalized at the customer's request.

  • Items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g., certain intimate wear if applicable).

3. HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN

  1. Notify Us: Send an email to babayagalabel@hotmail.com within 14 days of receipt, including your Name, Order Number, and the items you wish to return.

  2. Shipping the Return: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. REFUNDS

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package.

  • Please note that initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
